Return to a Store:

Items purchased online, or in our store, may be returned or exchanged. What you'’ll need: Your receipt (or packing slip in the case of web orders) The credit or debit card used to make the purchase Please note that items from our store can only be returned to the store and any Web orders would need to contact us to make further arrangements.

Damaged Items:

If you receive a web order with an item that is damaged, missing a component, or in some other way defective, please contact Customer Service at before returning the product. We will arrange for collection and or replacement of defective damaged item(s) or arrange a refund.
